Changes
Over the contingent, the first 15 minutes a month are free. After that €1 a minute, to the minute, from the time log. Slait always asks first. Anything over two hours gets a fixed-price quote.

Terms
What applies, in full sentences.
Term
Can be cancelled monthly.
Paying yearly
Ten monthly prices for twelve months: €290, €790 or €1,490 a year.
First month
Care Standard is free for the first month.
Payment
Monthly or yearly by SEPA direct debit or card. Never a standing order.
Price lock
Net price guaranteed to the end of 2028 when booked in 2026 or 2027.
Expansions
Expansions get a fixed price in the quote. Care Standard takes 10 % off it, Care Plus 20 %. Not on AI services, monthly fees or Care.
Contract attachments
Data processing agreement (AVV, Art. 28 GDPR) and description of the chosen tier.
Without a paid plan
Without a paid plan the site stays on Slait for free (Care Free), as long as hosting stays free for Slait; if that changes, Slait gives three months' notice. The full copy always belongs to the client.
VAT
While Slait is a small business under § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged. If that ends, statutory VAT is added from that date. Slait announces it at least one month ahead, and Care can be cancelled for the same date.

No. Care is only for sites we built: only those we know down to every line.
The site stays online for free with Care Free, as long as hosting stays free for us. If that changes, we tell you three months ahead. The full copy of the site always belongs to you.
